Thank you very much for your continued support for Victorina Himeji.
I have been inaugurated as a head coach of the team.
Until last season, I was involved in a wide range of works, from managing the activities of the team to doing promotional activities of volleyball as a general manager. However, I will focus more energy on building up the top team as a head coach from this season.
I would like to express my sincere respect for Ms. Takeshita, the founding head coach, and Mr. Nakaya, the former head coach, who have dedicated themselves to strengthening the team since it was founded, and I, as a successor, will devote myself to the team.
We will continue our activities based on three objectives, improving our competitiveness, building beneficial relationships with our sponsors and continuing to promote the local community through volleyball classes and other activities.
Our target for the season in 2022 – 2023 is to place top 8.
I will lead our team to get out of the lower place and aim at a higher rank with an understanding of our real abilities.
